Blue Mountain Animal Clinic

A veterinary hospital of approximately 5,000 square feet including reception and public area, examination rooms, surgery and treatment rooms, kennels, office, employee lounge, toilets and other ancillary spaces.

Page County Courthouse

Prominently located in the Town of Luray, this project consisted of a one-storey addition of approximately 6000 square feet containing expansion of the Clerk of the Court offices, Judges’ Chambers, Jury Room and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court office space. In addition the Existing Courthouse of approximately 5000 square feet was extensively renovated.

The Page County Courthouse was designated an Historic Landmark during the design phase of the project. The Architects assisted the County in achieving this designation and the project was completed within the Landmarks Commission guidelines.

Culpeper County Public Library

Culpeper Library

Located in the Southgate Shopping Center, this new main County Library consists of 20,400 square feet in a one-storey building. The project includes stack areas for 100,000 books, reference and children’s library, young adults area, local history room, meeting and exhibit space, offices and children’s activities area, book processing and staff facilities.

Front Royal United Methodist Church

Alterations and additions to a downtown church built in 1903, with a three-storey education building added in the 1950s, consisted of a 4000 square foot addition including Fellowship Hall, new kitchen, elevator to make both floors of the church and all three floors of the educational building accessible to the handicapped, renovation of the education building including air conditioning, new lighting and alarm systems, revised office space, choir rehearsal areas, day care facilities and renovation and redecoration of interior spaces throughout.

Page Memorial Hospital New Lobby and Emergency Department

The addition of a 10,000 square feet Emergency Medicine Department brings this small community hospital up-to-date. Included in the addition is a new entrance/lobby for the hospital proper,with office area, new 24-hour emergency entrance, new ambulance entrance, triage, six exam/treatment rooms (one equipped for birthing), and a major resuscitation room as well as X-ray facilities. Existing space of 3000 square feet previously occupied by emergency medicine was converted to various outpatient services.
